A hands-on learning experience where you can meet other orchid enthusiasts - Learn how to look after orchids, repot them and get them to flower again.
Orchids are beautiful tropical plants which were once only available for wealthy people to buy - in Victorian times an orchid could cost the equivalent of £20,000. Nowadays, due to modern hybridising methods, Orchids are more affordable and many people like to give them as gifts or buy them as houseplants.
But caring for Orchids remains a mystery to many...
I am often asked:
"How do I feed an orchid?"
"What should I do when my orchid finishes flowering?"
"Can I make my orchid flower again?"
"What happens when my orchid needs repotting?"
I have developed a series of Talks and Workshops to teach people how to care for an orchid. So if you were given an orchid as a gift and it holds sentimental value, or if you simply love the colours of orchid flowers and have treated yourself to one or two - come along to one of my Workshops, or book a Talk and you will soon be able to care for your orchids and watch them thrive!
